Carlos Ortiz
Carlos Ortiz (born 9th of September 1936), was a Puerto Rican three time world boxing champion. He won his first world title at Junior Welterweight in 1959 against Kenny Lane, but lost it the following year in Milan. He won his first Lightweight World title in 1962 against joe Brown, and held it until being beaten by Ismael Laguna in 1965, he however avenged this loss later in the year by beating Laguna to take the Lightweight Title for a second time. He held it this time until 1968. Carlos retired with a career record of 70 fights, 61 wins (30 by KO), with 7 losses and a no contest.
